ROCHESTER, NEW YORK, July 6, 2015 (Newswire.com) - Let’s hear it for the girls: Jessica Millan, who co-owns 101 Mobility of Rochester with her husband Miguel Millan, earned a Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) certification on June 30 for their business.

The requirements for becoming WBE certified include having a woman who owns at least 51% of the business, who also serves as the president or CEO. She must also be active in daily management, be a U.S. citizen, and have ownership of her position for at least 6 months.
Jessica, who is a self-proclaimed “numbers woman,” has been president of the business since its formation in 2012. Her duties include keeping track of accounting and payroll for the company.
